FAQ

On which devices will I be able to play TurtleStrike?

TurtleStrike will be playable on iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Android devices.

What will I have to pay?

TurtleStrike is free to play. There is an in-game store where you can buy weapons, armor, terrain features and skins for your turtles - but don't worry! There's no pay-to-win scenario here. TurtleStrike is Made by gamers, for gamers: Our model provides the core experience for free, with an option to purchase more (if you feel like it). During the game, you'll be awarded free powerful weapons and upgrades while you earn in-game currency by simply playing well. Our main priority is to provide an amazing multiplayer experience and to make sure players can enjoy TurtleStrike without the need to spend any real world money. Support the game if you really REALLY like it and you want us to try and improve it even more – we believe that gamers will love our game and they'll be eager to see more stuff from us, so that's how our finance model works!

Will there be a single player mode?

TurtleStrike is designed as a multi-player title. Currently there are no plans to add a single player mode anytime soon. We're focusing on our niche pretty hard and we want to offer the best multiplayer game for mobile devices ever. Wish us luck!

Will I get destroyed by much stronger and experienced players at the beginning?

No, you won't! TurtleStrike has a tiered system that matches you only with similarly-skilled or equipped opponents. You shouldn't find yourself fighting opponents equipped with weaponry or experience outside of your league, while all you have are just the basic things. We think our game is most fun with friends - simply poke and invite them to join you (in case you don't like to play with strangers).

Is logging with Facebook required to play?

Nope. Though TurtleStrike has Facebook integration, you don't have to use it in order to play.

When will the game be released?

We'll try to unleash TurtleStrike upon the world by the 27th of July 2013.

Will there be an open Beta? How do I get in?

There have already been a few closed-Beta runs, but we always have new things to try and implement. Send us an e-mail to learn if there are any slots open at the moment, though we can't make any promises right now.
